Mobile Computing, Applications and Services at MobiCASE 2015

November 12-13 is the date to save for MobiCASE 2015, the Seventh EAI International Conference on Mobile Computing, Applications and Services, taking place in Berlin, Germany.

The conference will be chaired by Stephan Sigg, from the Computer Networks Group of Georg-August-University in Goettingen, and will focus on such topics of interest as:

  • Mobile Advertising, Local Search and the recommendation of goods/services;
  • Energy Efficiency;
  • Mobile Payments;
  • User Interfaces and Interaction Technologies for Mobiles;
  • Mobile Sensing;

and many more.

Gabi Zodik, from IBM Haifa Research Lab Mobile, will also take part in the event with a keynote speech focused on the emerging AdHoc computing paradigm, giving vertical industry and cross-industry use-cases, and describing IBM technologies and solutions for this new class of computing.

Furthermore, a Workshop on Situation Recognition by Mining Temporal Information (SIREMTI2016) will be co-located with the main event, aiming at merging research works relevant to mining temporal information from any kind of data.

Finally, the venue of this seventh edition of MobiCASE will be hosted at the SEMINARIS CampusHotel in the district of Dahlem, in the southwest of the German capital.
