CN4IoT 2017 & IISSC 2017 are calling for participants

CN4IoT 2017 – 2nd EAI International Conference on Cloud, Networking for IoT Systems and IISSC 2017 – 2nd EAI International Conference on ICT Infrastructures and Services for Smart Cities will both take place in Brindisi, Italy on 20–21 April 2017.

The CN4IoT 2017 & IISSC 2017 Co-located Conferences solicit technical papers describing original, previously unpublished research, not currently under review by another conference or journal.

Topics of interest to the Conference include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Deployment and autonomic management of densely interconnected and decentralized cloud infrastructures, including the extension of the fog computing paradigm to the edge of the network.

CN4IoT 2017 & IISSC 2017 are waiting for your Workshop Proposals!

CN4IoT 2017 – 2nd EAI International Conference on Cloud, Networking for IoT Systems and IISSC 2017 – 2nd EAI International Conference on ICT Infrastructures and Services for Smart Cities will both take place in Brindisi, Italy on  20–21 April, 2017.

The CN4IoT 2017 & IISSC 2017 co-located Conferences cater for a limited number of workshops on dedicated session topics. The aim of these workshops is to discuss work in progress and explore opportunities for new research related to a topic of interest within the context of the conference.

A workshop proposal should contain:

  • Title of the workshop
  • A brief description of the specific technical issues that the workshop will address
  • The reasons why the workshop is interesting and timely
  • A draft call for papers, including the workshop submission deadlines
  • Tentative composition of the organizing and program committees

CN4IoT 2017 – Important Dates:

Workshop proposal submission: September 5, 2016

Workshop proposal notification: September 19, 2016

Workshop paper submission deadline: October 16, 2016

Acceptance notification of workshop papers: December 9, 2016

Proposals for workshops should be at most four pages in length and must be submitted by electronic mail to: Maurizio Giacobbe, University of Messina, Italy.

Call for papers: IISSC 2017!

IISSC 2017 – 2nd EAI International Conference on ICT Infrastructures and Services for Smart Cities will take place in Brindisi, Italy on 20-21 April, 2017.

The core mission of the conference is to address key topics on ICT infrastructure (technologies, models, frameworks) and services in cities, in order to enhance performance and wellbeing, to reduce costs and resource consumption, and to engage more effectively and actively with their citizens.

All accepted papers will be published by Springer and made available through SpringerLink Digital Library, one of the world’s largest scientific libraries. Proceedings are submitted for inclusion to the leading indexing services: Elsevier (EI), Thomson Scientific (ISI), Scopus, Crossref, Google Scholar, DBLP. Authors of the Best Papers will be invited to submit an extended version of their work through one of the EAI Endorsed Publications.
