All accepted papers will be published by Springer and made available through SpringerLink Digital Library, one of the world’s largest scientific libraries. Proceedings are submitted for inclusion to the leading indexing services: DBLP, Google Scholar, Thomson Scientific ISI Proceedings, EI Elsevier Engineering Index, CrossRef, Scopus, as well as EAI’s own EU Digital Library (EUDL). The authors of the best papers will be invited to submit an extended version of their work through ACM/Springer Mobile Networks and Applications Journal (MONET, IF=1.538) and Elsevier Computers and Electrical Engineering (CAEE, IF=1.084).

Mobimedia 2017: call for papers!

The 10th EAI International Conference on Mobile Multimedia Communications (Mobimedia 2017) will take place in Chongqing, the People’s Republic of China, on 13-14 July 2017.
MobiMedia 2017 is intended to provide a unique international forum for researchers from industry and academia, working on multimedia coding, mobile communications and networking fields, to study new technologies, applications, and standards. Original, unpublished contributions are solicited that can improve the knowledge and practice of the integrated design of efficient technologies and the relevant provision of advanced mobile multimedia applications.
Conference topics will be the following:

  • Future Wireless Networks;
  • Wireless and Mobile Communications;
  • Multimedia Signal Processing and Applications;
  • Networks and Multimedia Data Analytics.

The Conference is proud to welcome keynote speakers: Wei Zhao, University of Macau, Weisong Shi, Wayne State University, Liuqing Yang, Colorado State University and plenary speakers: Nirwan Ansari, New Jersey Institute of Technology, Lifeng Lai, University of California Davis, Yung-Hsiang Lu, Purdue University
Workshops:
The 1st  workshop aims to bring academic researchers and industry developers together, to share and discuss recent advances in F-RANs for 5G networks. The workshop on QoE-RAMC brings together the state-of-the-art and in-progress research contributions on QoE-aware resource allocation concerning multimedia communications and services. It seeks high-quality submissions in both theoretical and practical research.
All presented papers in the conference will be submitted for publication in the proceedings of the conference and indexing in the ACM DL. Proceedings are submitted for inclusion in DBLP, Thomson Scientific ISI Proceedings, Google Scholar, EI Elsevier Engineering Index, CrossRef, Scopus, as well as ICST’s own EU Digital Library (EUDL). Selected papers will be invited to submit the extended version of their paper in the EAI Endorsed Transactions on Mobile Communications and Applications.

Participate in MobiMedia 2016!

The 9th EAI International Conference on Mobile Multimedia Communications (Mobimedia 2016), will take place in Xi’an, People’s Republic of China, on 18-19 June, 2016.

The Conference will serve as a unique international forum for researchers from industry and academia, working on multimedia coding, mobile communications and networking fields, to study new technologies, applications and standards.

This year MobiMedia 2016 will host keynote speeches given by: Prof. Y. Thomas Hou (Virginia Tech, USA), Prof. Jiandong Li (Xidian University, China), Prof. Witold Pedrycz (University of Alberta, Canada), Dr. Anand R. Prasad (NEC Corporation, Japan) and Prof. Jian Ren (Michigan State University, USA).

Furthermore, Mobimedia 2016 will also host three workshops: the 3rd International Workshop on Data, Text, Web, and Social Network Mining (DTWSM 2016), the International Workshop on Security and Forensics of Multimedia in the Cloud (IWSFMC 2016), the 2nd International Workshop on 5G Security (IW5GS 2016) and the International Workshop on the Crowdsensing and Intelligent Sensing on Mobile Media Analytics (SMMA 2016).

Authors of the Best Papers will be invited to submit an extended version of their work through one of the following EAI Endorsed publications: EAI Endorsed Transactions on Mobile Communications and Applications or EAI Endorsed Transactions on Industrial Networks and Intelligent Systems.
