European Alliance for Innovation (EAI) in cooperation with Create-Net, INAOE, ITESM, Intel, and T-Systems Mexico is organizing International Summit focused on Applications for Future Internet (AFI360°) which will be held from the 25th – 28th May 2016 in Puebla, Mexico.
AFI 360° Summit 2016 is a unique event bringing a 360 degree perspective on Future Internet and its Applications. The Summit will gather experiences and innovative ideas from recent developments in this topic, with the aim to coach involved people on the whole path between research to innovation and all the way through to commercialization of ideas, projects and technologies.
AFI360° is a powerful and inspirational event that brings together academia, industry and government to plan, learn, network, collaborate, strategize and more effectively tap into the immense potential of the Future Internet. The Summit will provide a unique opportunity to strengthen the collaboration for the Future Internet between the European Union and Latin America, Mexico in particular, towards joint projects and the FIWIRE initiative.
AFI360° will be opened with a four-track technical conference covering different areas such as FI and Smart Cities, FI in Healthcare, FI and IoT and others. AFI360° also offers an extensive program that includes the AFI 360° Summer School.
AFI360° will take place at INAOE, The National Institute of Astrophysics, Optics and Electronics, one of the leading research centres in Mexico. Among invited speakers are Javier Araujo Campos, M2M Business Developer at T-Systems Iberia, Latif Ladid, President of the IPv6 Forum, professor at the University of Luxembourg and others.
