Articles Submission Guideline

We would like to invite you to contribute with articles and to share your vision of the future alongside emerging technologies. We welcome ideas for news, features, opinions, and analysis articles on recent research discoveries, technical topics, and innovations.

The topics may include deep-dive explorations of new developments in science and technology. Alternatively, the articles can cover the evolution of research collaboration and ways how modern technologies impacted traditional approaches.

The articles will be published on EAI Blog and external media partners.

Our tone

Stories should be educational, informing, inspiring. Each piece should encourage our audience for the discussion. 

Technical requirements

All articles must be submitted through email in either a word doc (.doc/.docx) or in the email body.  

News usually runs from 250 to 1,000 words, features run from 2,000 to 4,000 words. Opinion/analysis articles should be approximately 800-1,000 words long.

All submissions must be fact-checked, original content with provided sources for all information.

Any images included should be yours and sent in jpg or png format.

If you use abbreviations or acronyms, provide a full explanation of the first usage.

When using uncommon non-English terms or phrases, please include an explanation.

Our audience

Academics professionals, business professionals, students, and institutions for higher learning, technology-based organizations, and tech enthusiasts.

All articles are due four weeks before our monthly release date.

You’ll gain great exposure to our audience: 250K+ community members + external media audience. 

You do retain ownership of your work and may re-use it.
