Ifiok Otung (dubbed Best Lecturer International by Glamorgan University Students’ Union in April 2012) is Professor of Satellite Communications at the University of South Wales. He is also the General Chair of WiSATS 2016, the 8th EAI International Conference on Wireless and Satellite Systems, that will take place in Cardiff, Great Britain on September 19-20.
